Personal Data can be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically during the use of JoinIn.
If not otherwise specified, all Data required by JoinIn are mandatory. If the User refuses to communicate them, JoinIn may not be able to provide the Service. In cases where JoinIn indicates some Data as optional, Users are free to abstain from communicating such Data, without any consequence on the availability of the Service or its functionality.

Depending on the specific device used by the User, JoinIn may require some permissions to access the User's data present on that device, as described below.
Such permissions must be granted by the User before any information can be processed. After granting, the permission can be revoked by the User at any time. In order to revoke the permissions, the User can use the system settings or contact the Owner at the contact details provided in this document.
The procedure for checking permissions may vary depending on the device and the software used by the User.

Firebase Dynamic Links is a social feature provided by Google Ireland Limited. Dynamic Links are tracked through Firebase or Google Analytics for Firebase and provide the Controller with details about the User's navigation path to and within JoinIn.

This type of service allows managing a database of email contacts, telephone contacts, or contacts of any other type, used to communicate with the User.

Firebase Cloud Messaging is a messaging service provided by Google LLC. Firebase Cloud Messaging allows the Controller to send messages and notifications to Users on platforms such as Android, iOS, and the web. Messages can be sent to individual devices, groups of devices, or based on topics or specific User segments.

This type of service allows JoinIn to manage the creation, implementation, administration, distribution and analysis of modules and online surveys to collect, save and reuse User Data that respond.

These services can be integrated with a wide range of third-party services to allow the Controller to perform subsequent actions with the processed Data - for example, managing contacts, sending messages, statistics, advertising and payment processing.
Google Modules is a module generator and data collection platform provided by Google LLC or Google Ireland Limited, depending on how the Controller manages the processing of Data.

It is recommended to disconnect from the respective services to ensure that data processed on JoinIn are not reconnected to the User's profile.
The Instagram web accessed through the Widget Webview allows interaction with the Instagram platform, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.

The services contained in this section allow the Controller to monitor and analyze traffic data and serve to keep track of the User's behavior.
Google Analytics for Firebase (for apps), or Firebase Analytics, is an analysis service provided by Google LLC or Google Ireland Limited, depending on how the Controller manages the processing of Data.

Firebase Analytics may share Data with other services provided by Firebase among which, for example, Crash Reporting, Authentication, Remote Config or Notifications. The User can consult this privacy policy for a detailed description of the other tools used by the Controller.
To enable the functioning of Firebase Analytics, JoinIn uses some mobile identifiers or technologies similar to Cookies.

The Controller processes Personal Data relating to the User in case one of the following conditions exists:

The request is free of charge and the Controller will respond as soon as possible, within one month, providing all the information required by law.
